In January 2018, QARI expanded its services outside of Quincy to East Boston, the Merrimack Valley, Lowell, and NYC through Wutabon (formerly known as Workforce Enterprise). Wutabon provides immigrant workforce and onsite employee assistance services to organizations that want to expand their impact to the Asian and immigrant workforce community. The suite of services also includes new hire on-boarding, training, onsite social services, and adult education programs as well as timely intervention for at-risk employees to increase overall retention, morale, and productivity.

As a trusted Asian and immigrant community partner, QARI continues to grow across the US by partnering with companies that have a high volume of immigrant workforce. The proven methodology has made a positive and valuable impact on the growing Asian and immigrant workforce communities in various industry sectors. We want to change the status quo of the social services sector and our partners make that possible.

Social services, reimagined. Through QARI’s network and ongoing immigrant service database, we support our partners’ workforce needs, while building a sustainable immigrant workforce environment with our suite of services.

Each project takes part in three main stages: discovery, building, and implementation. QARI team members will be on the ground assessing and meeting with key leadership in order to identify areas of improvement. From that point, QARI works closely with the organization to build solutions that accommodate the needs of diverse workforces. Implementation is when the new workforce vision takes shape. QARI provides personalized attention to ensure employees understand and utilize new resources.
