Mental Health Center

A commitment to provide culturally and linguistically responsive outpatient mental health services.

Program Overview

QARI's Mental Health Center offers culturally competent outpatient clinical services to support individual and community wellness.

We offer individual outpatient therapy to people ages 5 and up and family outpatient therapy in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. As an outpatient clinic, we treat common psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit disorder.

We are not equipped to treat major eating disorders, substance use disorders, active psychosis, severe cognitive impairment, severe autism spectrum disorder, or currently active suicidal or homicidal risk. Please see community referrals below for more appropriate services. In-person and virtual sessions are available.

Services Offered

We have established vital community partnerships and expanded our mental health services to effectively support individuals and families in need.
Youth Programs
QARI's youth programs offer middle and high school students opportunities to strengthen their academic, social, and emotional skills with support from peers, program staff and clinical teams.
Adult Programs
Our bilingual clinicians offer outpatient individual and family therapy in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, treating common psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit disorder.
Community Wellness
We believe all communities have the right to be well, with strong mental and physical health care infrastructure, and easy access to community services. Our clinical and program teams host community workshops and other events to educate community members and elevate mental health resources.
