Life Balance Classes
Objective
Upcoming Program Details
QARI's Life Balance Classes are designed to help individuals learn effective ways to decrease stress, solve problems, increase social support, and take actions to improve your life.
Our trained coordinators will work with participants in five 1-on-1 sessions to build stress management and problem-solving techniques, improving their ability to manage their own emotional distress and, when possible, to reduce their own practical problems.
This program is currently offered at our Massachusetts location only. Participants must be over 18 years old and speak English, Mandarin or Cantonese to participate.
Life Balance Framework
These are some of the strategies individuals will learn and practice through QARI's Life Balance classes.
Relaxation and mindfulness strategies to help manage daily sources of stress and anxiety.
Support in identifying strategies for dealing with problems that cause stress and worry in day-to-day life.
Building habits to improve activity levels with the aim of improving one's mood.
