We have established vital community partnerships and expanded our mental health services to effectively support individuals and families in need.
Youth Programs
QARI's youth programs offer middle and high school students opportunities to strengthen their academic, social, and emotional skills with support from peers, program staff and clinical teams.
Adult Programs
Our bilingual clinicians offer outpatient individual and family therapy in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, treating common psychological difficulties, including depression, anxiety, and attention-deficit disorder.
Community Wellness
We believe all communities have the right to be well, with strong mental and physical health care infrastructure, and easy access to community services. Our clinical and program teams host community workshops and other events to educate community members and elevate mental health resources.

What does the Counseling Center offer?

What are the steps?

To schedule an appointment, complete this referral form with your personal and insurance details. Our team will review your submission and respond within a week. If eligible, we will arrange an initial consultation by phone call with a clinician at our center. Before you begin the referral process, please review our frequently asked questions below.

Do you offer medication management or prescription services?

No, our clinicians do not prescribe medication. If you require medication, we recommend consulting with a psychiatrist or primary care provider.

Do you offer Telehealth appointments?

Yes, but we offer limited Telehealth services. All appointments must be attended in person for the first few months, and clinicians can work with you to determine if Telehealth services would be beneficial for you.

How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, follow these steps:

  • Complete a Referral Form: Fill out the online referral form with your personal and
    insurance information.
  • Wait for a Response: Our team will review your information and get back to you within 7
    business days.
  • Schedule an Initial Consultation by phone: If eligible, we will schedule an initial
    consultation with one of our clinicians at our center (10-15min).
How long is the wait time for an appointment?

After submitting a referral form, you will receive a response within a week. The wait time for an appointment varies depending on clinician availability.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to receive services?

No, a doctor's referral is not required. However, you must complete our online referral form to start the process.
